Day 1

Arrival & check-in, Zadar

Start your week of sailing in the oldest inhabited city in Croatia, the incredible Zadar! Get acquainted with the relaxed way of Mediterranean life with a stroll through the winding streets littered with stunning cathedrals. Get settled into your new floating home for the week, then head off to enjoy dinner in one of the many restaurants nearby the harbour – Zadar is famous for great wine and seafood!

Day 2

Start your Croatian sailing getaway with a comfortable, scenic sail to the island of Zut, part of the famously beautiful Kornati National Park. Only accessible by private boat, Zut will allow you to feel a world away from the bubbling streets of Zadar and truly embrace the privacy of sailing holiday life. The isolated nature of this island means it’s the perfect opportunity to test out your yacht’s facilities and enjoy dinner on board, so make sure to stock up on delicious local goodies in the market streets of Zadar!

Day 3

Ravni Zakan

Set sail through the countless small, grassy islands that create the unique landscape of Kornati National Park. Once you arrive at Ravni Zakan, one of the smaller islands, enjoy an afternoon of swimming, hiking or sunbathing before retiring and treating yourself to some local cuisine.

Day 4

Kornati Islands National Park

From Ravni Zakan, continue exploring the Kornati islands for a day of swimming, snorkelling, picnicking, and hiking. Often referred to as “Sailor’s Paradise”, exploring this amazingly well preserved and protected part of Croatia feels like you’re on another planet. The unique landscape makes for amazing shots, so this is a must-see for any budding travel photographer! Once you’re done for the day, head to Lopatica Bay on the main island of Kornati and enjoy another Croatian evening in the setting sun.

Day 5

Dugi Otok

If you’re feeling adventurous on day five, head west to sail under the stunning cliffs of Dugi Otok, then turn back and head to the sheltered anchorage of Sali on the eastern side of the “Long Island”. The fishing village of Sali will be a slight return to civilisation, and here you’ll find some simple shops, cafes, and restaurants. You can also hire bicycles and explore the island some more!

Day 6

Sail north from Sali to another of Dugi Otok’s harbours, Brbinj. There’s the option to stop off at the peaceful bays of Iz and Rava on the way! This tiny village with a population of just 76 will welcome you with open arms, beautiful beaches, and warm waters to swim in.

Day 7

It’s time to return to historic and beautiful Zadar for your last night in Croatia! Take this opportunity to enjoy more of what you loved most about your trip, whether it’s scenic views, unique history, or great food – Zadar has it all!

On Saturday morning, check-out is at 9 am – depart Croatia or begin your next adventure.
