KORNATI ISLANDS

Day 3

Monday

Kornati Islands National Park

Croatia is home to eight stunning national parks. On day three of your sailing holiday you’ll encounter one of these amazing natural wonders! The Kornati National Park is often referred to as a “sailor’s paradise” and it’s easy to see why. Once you enter the park you will be able to sail between countless small, grassy islands that create a truly unique landscape when contrasted with the still water. Spend your day sailing, swimming, and picnicking before retiring to the island of Ravni Zakan where you can treat yourself to some local cuisine after a day of exploring.

KATINA

Day 4

Tuesday

Katina

From Ravni Zakan, sail north and continue to explore the Kornati islands until you  reach the picturesque island of Katina. Here you will find a natural gem of the Šibenik archipelago that sits uninhabited apart from Restaurant Mare – one of the oldest restaurants in the Kornati Islands – it is overflowing with Mediterranean charm and has excellent seafood!

MURTER

Day 5

Wednesday

Murter

Ease your way back into mainland life with the larger island of Murter. Here you will find a popular destination for travellers’ paths to cross with some of Croatia’s most beautiful beaches and unique historical sights. Murter is well-know within Croatia for it’s olive oil production, so whilst in town be sure to grab a bottle of Murter’s famous locally-produced olive oil!

KRKA NATIONAL PARK

Day 6

Thursday

Krka National Park

After enjoying Murter, take in the views of the stunning Dalmatian Coast as you sail south towards the world-famous Krka National Park. Head inland through a winding network of inland waterways until you arrive at a place called Skradin, which is the furthest you can travel in-land by yacht. The forest-covered mountains will have you enchanted before you even reach the waterfalls! At Krka you will be able to swim in crystal clear waters, see the famous waterfalls and explore what is left of the historic water mills at Skradinski.

ŠIBENIK & ZLARIN

Day 7

Friday

Šibenik and Zlarin

Return to Krka falls early in the morning if you like to beat the crowds, then sail back downstream towards Šibenik.
